We are equipped with two lines of 8 colour rotogravure printing machines with web width up to 1000 mm and print speed upto200 meters per minute and 300 meters per minute respectively. The machines are well equipped with high precision Auto registration controls, tension controls and web inspection systems thus giving excellent printing results.
Lamination Facility
Laminators – We equipped with 2 lines of adhesive lamination
Our lamination machine has maximum web width of 1200mm with speed of 200 meters per minute and 200 meters per minute respectively.
Slitting Facility
We are equipped with 2 lines of high speed slitting machines having Precise winding tension control thus giving accurate winding for film, laminates and Paper.
Inspection Rewinding Machine
We equipped with inspection rewinding machine with auto control.
Pouching
Having two pouching machine.
We manufacture Pillow pouches, centre seal pouches, Centre seal with side gusseted pouches,
‘D’ cut pouch, Standy zip lock pouch, perforation pouches for FMCG products, etc
